Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery considers the security of your personal information vital. Unless you designate your contact information to be released to organizations PAOS feels are beneficial to you, your information will be protected in our member’s only section of our website. This also means that all members are responsible for maintaining the integrity of our member’s information. Everyone will have access to the member list in order to contact classmates and friends. We ask that you protect our member’s personal information. It will be prohibitive to release member information to corporate or profitable interest. Violation of this policy will result in permanent termination of your membership.
By completing this application and sending it to our management service you indicate that you have read and understand the PAOS policy on protection of personal information and agree to the policy. By submitting my membership application, I authorize PAOS to distribute my contact information to agencies the PAOS Board of Directors feels are educational and pertinent to my practice of orthopedics.
